Order never sent but they took my money.
If there's a problem, you can't contact anyone via phone. You'll wait days for a "support team" email. They will quickly close out the ticket and go silent. On 2/13/21, I ordered gym shorts off of their online store. I noticed the shipping address had auto-filled to my previous Florida address right after I placed the order. With most companies, this isn’t a problem if you reach out within a few hours. I knew immediately and filed a “change of address” form that's provided on THEIR own website, within 10 minutes of placing my order. There’s no phone number listed (I even did a deeeep google search) and only ONE email address for “support.” I emailed as well. When I got an email TWO days later, they said there's nothing they could do because they sent the order out. That's a lie. As of 2/18/21, USPS has yet to receive my order. It looks like I fell for it. What's odd is that this brand is recommended on several Men's health blogs and review sites. BUT if you look at the BBB site, you'll see others with the same experiences. "Ten Thousand" will go through the motions of "helping" you, but don't let that trick you. I've filed my first BBB complaint (that's how much I want others to know) because of this company. It doesn't have to be like this. It's unfortunate because I was THRILLED to possibly find good overpriced gym shorts like these. I neverrrrr write bad reviews (or reviews in general). As a news reporter, I felt like I had to in this case.
AVOID!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER SENT AND KEPT MY MONEY. FRAUD. DO NOT BUY!

Horrible customer service. Patricia
Ten Thousand CX Team she is good for nothing. Patricia lies saying that she will take care of the issue and in top of that she takes long time to answer an email.(more then 48 hours) Love the quality of the clothes but the company needs better customer service.
1 month to get my order
Company is a fraud - will delay and avoid dealing with a customer service issue. In my case it was that they had failed to ship out an order yet blamed USPS.
I realized its a fraud - because I received two stock emails from two "employees" in their "support" division.
Emails are exactly the same - and talking about waiting 4 - 5 days to escalate to a supervisor yet nothing ever happens.
I think they are stealing money.
I placed an order (February 24th) for 3 pair of Session shorts for my husbands birthday. Today is March 29th, no shorts and no response after 5 plus emails to the company. Having to dispute charge on my credit card. My husband really likes these shorts, its a shame the company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for any company. Wanted to do a size exchange. I defy you to find a customer service telephone number for these folks. Five emails to them on “can you help with an exchange?” over two weeks. No response. This company is a joke.
I trusted these guys once more and got burned again. My bad this time.

The others who recently posted are 100% accurate - WORST customer service ever misleading information and total lack of customer experience - still waiting and second part of order never arrived and continual follow up yields nothing...as of now they still owe me for a Christmas order place early December
It's difficult to find critical information about TenThousand because, as I have learned, the only thing they do reliably delete is delete social media posts or reviews. Unfortunately, not enough people will know about their heinous mistreatment of customers during the 2020 Holiday Season, their shifting of all blame to USPS and their ongoing problems with fulfilling orders...because they've worked hard to delete all traces of it.
If you are wondering about TenThousand's commitment to customer service - look no further than the lack of available options for service: They only offer a generic email address. They have no phone number.
If you go to their site, they will likely be out of stock on anything you are interested in. They routinely offer deals that you cannot take advantage of and sell products they have no ability to ship.
If you have any issues with your order, you will be unable to get help. If you have any sort of dispute, your only recourse is contesting charges with your credit card company. If you want others to know what happened, your options are limited.
I personally placed 2 orders. The first arrived late, but arrived. I was unimpressed with the product (Lightweight shirts) for the premium price paid for them. I saw no different in quality between them a $17 off-brand shirt from Amazon - other than the painstaking detail paid to their branding. This was very disappointing considering the reviews on their site (which I now know why were so positively skewed).
My second order was shipped late and was immediately misquoted and lost by USPS. TenThousand offered no attempt to resolve the issue other than suggesting I re-order the items (which would now be at a significantly higher cost). It was almost comical how disinterested they were in helping.
I hope whoever reads this never experiences what I and many others did from TenThousand in the last few months.
No stars isn't an option sadly. Without getting into the long drawn out story, I will never buy from this company again. Not because of their product but because of the god awful customer service nightmare I experienced.. (still has not been resolved). Long story short, I used a promo to get 2 pairs of shorts. I was super excited. They came. Too small, no biggie just return and get a new size right? Wrongo. The return system is configured where the items have to be IN STOCK for you to exchange... Very well, makes sense. I get an email later in the week telling me the items aren't in stock. I'm not even going to get into how annoying it is that they use a specific system to return with what's available and then don't pull it out of the stock before shipping. I email Ashley from customer service with no response. I email the same email the next day, no response. Awesome right. Then I get an email saying my gift card is available. 38$ (sale price of the shorts). I email Ashley again, explaining that I don't want the refund I would like to choose another pair of shorts for the sale price, fair enough right? Shorts are normally 60$ and 38$ doesn't get me there. No response. I email the next day, no response. I inform them I'm going to better business and smearing my experience all over social media, no response. This whole ordeal lasted about 3 weeks. I've had better customer service experiences from 3rd world countries. I wanted so bad for this to be rectified so I could in good faith continue to do business with them but not a chance. I would cut my old jenco jeans into shorts and wear them to the gym before ordering anything from this poor excuse for a company again.
The goods were not delivered. Customer services don't deal with the problem but pass the buck.
Told to claim against their shipper yet have no details of the shipment to be able to do this.
Appalling service and one to be avoided.
